2016 Kia Sorento Features and Specs

The Kia Sorento is a completely resigned vehicle because it has a stronger, sleeker design. On the outside, the exterior design elements are classy and well-sculpted. If you like distinctive features, you’ll appreciate every elegant accent in the cabin.

Design

The bold wheelbase and the sophisticated frame help the Sorento stand out. Thanks to the new design and the power liftgate, loading and unloading cargo is much easier now. Kia also equipped other innovative updates, which include a lower roofline, an improved grille, and projection headlights that illuminate bright, crisp light.

If you have a big family, you’ll enjoy taking trips in the Sorento because you can easily adjust the seating in the cabin according to your family’s specific needs. Kia designed the Sorento with sliding seats and a Remote Release system, which folds the second row down.

Key Family Benefits

The 2016 Kia Sorento has eight convenient outlets that help teens power their electronics on the go. Two of the outlets are designed for UBS devices. The cabin also has an AUX/USB port and a 110v inverter. The remaining four ports in the cabin are 12v outlets.

Technology

The engineers at Kia loaded the Sorento with a number of safety technologies. It has a lane departure warning system, a blind-spot detection system, and an advanced cruise control system.

Kia’s Surround View Monitor uses multiple cameras to guide the driver to a safe spot during difficult parking situations. If the driver maneuvers the vehicle too closely to a person or an object, the Sorento’s parking assist tool will provide an alert.
